Digital Products and Delivery

All downloadable products sold on this website are digital files. No physical item will be shipped.

Depending on the product listing, your purchase may include file formats such as:

• PNG

• SVG

• JPEG

• PDF

• EPS

• DXF

• AI

Digital files are delivered through an instant download, email, download page, or file-access link after payment is completed. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and downloading their files to a secure device.

Download times may vary depending on the file size, internet connection, and delivery platform. Customers are responsible for confirming that their software, printer, cutting machine, or production equipment supports the included file formats before purchasing.

Colors may appear differently depending on the monitor, printer, ink, material, screen settings, or production method being used.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a digital file has been purchased or delivered. Digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided.

A refund will not be issued because:

• The customer purchased the wrong design.

• The customer did not read the product description.

• The customer’s software does not support the file format.

• The customer does not know how to use, print, edit, upload, or cut the file.

• The colors print differently from how they appear on a screen.

• The customer changes their mind.

• The customer accidentally purchases the same item more than once.

If a file is damaged, incomplete, or different from the product described, please contact us with your order information. We will review the issue and may provide a corrected or replacement file when appropriate.

Personal-Use License

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all digital products purchased from this website are licensed for personal use only.

You may use the purchased files to create personal projects for yourself, your household, or personal gifts that are not sold or used for business purposes.

You may not use the files to create products for sale, commercial merchandise, business branding, advertising, fundraising, promotional items, team stores, print-on-demand products, or client work.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright. You are purchasing a limited license to use the design under the terms listed on this page.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, share, copy, trade, or redistribute the original digital files.

• Upload the files to file-sharing websites, online groups, shared drives, or digital marketplaces.

• Claim the artwork or design as your own.

• Convert the files into another format for resale or distribution.

• Sell altered, edited, traced, recolored, or recreated versions of the files.

• Use the files in logo templates, digital bundles, clip-art collections, embroidery files, font files, or other downloadable products.

• Use the designs for print-on-demand services.

• Provide the files to another business, customer, printer, or designer for reuse on unrelated projects.

• Register the artwork, design, or any portion of it as a trademark or copyright.

• Use the files in connection with unlawful, hateful, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.

Third-Party Trademarks and Team Names

Some custom designs may include names, phrases, mascots, colors, or other information supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for confirming that they have permission to use any school name, business name, team name, mascot, slogan, trademark, copyrighted artwork, photograph, or other protected material submitted for a custom design.

We are not responsible for trademark, copyright, licensing, or ownership disputes involving content supplied or requested by the customer.

Custom Graphic Design Orders

Custom graphic design orders are created according to the information, wording, colors, references, and instructions provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate:

• Names

• Dates

• Numbers

• Colors

• Spelling

• Team information

• Business information

• Design instructions

• Reference images

We are not responsible for errors that appeared in the information supplied by the customer.

Custom Design Proofs and Approval

When a proof or mockup is provided, the customer must carefully review the entire design before approving it.

Approval confirms that the customer accepts:

• Spelling

• Layout

• Colors

• Names and numbers

• Design placement

• Overall appearance

Once a custom design has been approved and the final files have been delivered, additional edits may require a new revision fee or a separate order.

Minor color differences may occur between digital previews, printed products, screens, materials, and production equipment.

Custom Design Revisions

The number of included revisions, if any, will be stated in the product listing, order agreement, or custom quote.

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to the original design request. A revision does not include a completely new concept, new mascot, new layout, new style, or major change in direction.

Requests that fall outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.

Custom Order Cancellations and Refunds

Custom graphic design orders cannot be refunded after design work has started.

Time, planning, communication, research, sketching, design development, and revisions are part of the custom service. If a customer stops responding, changes direction, or decides not to use the completed design, payment will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order before work begins if we are unable to complete the requested project.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times listed on the website are estimates unless a guaranteed deadline is confirmed in writing.

Production may be delayed when:

• Required information is missing.

• The customer requests revisions.

• The customer does not respond to proof approval requests.

• The project changes after work begins.

• Technical problems or events outside our control occur.

Turnaround time begins after payment and all required design information have been received.

File Storage

Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased files.

We do not guarantee permanent storage or unlimited replacement of previously delivered files. Download links may expire, change, or become unavailable over time.

We recommend saving purchased files in more than one secure location.

Copyright and Ownership

All original graphics, digital products, previews, mockups, listing images, and custom design concepts remain the intellectual property of Splogoz unless ownership rights are transferred through a separate written agreement.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will become effective when the updated policy is posted on this website.
